Instamatic, The Peak District, England in 1970

eng6Vintage Weekly.: With an Instamatic in England in 1970 with my parents and a friend. Picture from The Peak District on one of the few sunny days we were there. Otherwise it rained for fourteen days in a row except the day I took this picture. The scan was rather grey and I have tried to restore it to how I remember it. The film was in an plastic cartridge and was called 126 film. The pciture is direct positive and ususally was shown in viewer or on the wall in a dark room.

  1. Great photo, intersting colour too. You can still buy Poloroid instant camera’s even today although the film is out of this world in price and very rare.
